The Broadmore is a 33-unit apartment community located in the First Hill neighborhood of Seattle, built in 1911. Its spacious floor plans and proximity to top employers downtown and medical facilities make it a prime location for renters.

The initial sale of the property to another buyer fell through due to difficult market conditions.  Cadence stepped in, determined the investment potential and successfully acquired the property.

Renovations included new kitchen countertops, full repainting, electrical panel upgrades, bathroom retiling, and new appliances, with improvements also made to the entryway and landscaping. The result was a restored and stabilized property within 12 project months.
